Nice wing spread on the sunbittern Mike. Were was this taken? Terns are always elegant and these are nice and detailed.

Thanks guys. Tim, bittern was shot in Costa Rica. He thinks he's a peacock. All of a sudden he decided to spread his wings and tail. Good thing the wife saw it and called it to my attention before he retracted his wings. The bird looked very dull and drab with its wings tucked in. With the wings extended, looking down on it gives the best show.

quite a beautiful bittern in #1 Mike.....wow, thanks for sharing this one.

There seems to be what looks like a good bit of dodging halo on the in flights esp along
trailing edge of left wing in #2
