Second time Ive tried. Lots to learn but looking for input. I wanted to get more base-running action but it never really happened. It was 3-2 after 11 innings and I had to leave after the 5th. Only movement on bases was a couple walks

Is that artificial turf at the batters box? No dirt? That should be illeagal!
Nice photos.
Yeah. Everything is artificial. Its a little weird but its easy to maintain and they can play in weather that other people cant. Of course you dont get those dusty fastballs though
You've got a good collection of stock shots. It's so nice to see baseball AND Sun, and the field having some color (even if it IS artificial color). Up here most of our ball fields are still brown, which makes the pictures less visually appealing.
Here's my experience regarding shots of base running: the images you posted are all (except for the one from the outfield) taken from the first base side of the diamond. From there you can get the batter breaking out of the box, and then running down the first base line. Between first and second base the runner's back is towards you (but the shot of the DP turn can be pretty good if there is a slide and the 2B/SS does any leaping while throwing). Rounding second base, and running between second and third, the shots of runners are usually best taken from the third base side as then the runner is coming right at you, often at full speed as he rounds third and heads home. Plays at the plate can be grabbed from either side - from first base you'll have a shot at capturing the runner's and the catcher's face (and even the ball, if you're lucky and your timing is good) if the play takes place in front of the plate. From third base, your chances of getting the catcher's face is improved, especially when he turns to tag the runner sliding into home.
Seems you're getting familiar with the 400. Have you tried it with a TC from the outfield?
Just a personal preference of mine but I don't really like the composition of 6 and 10 with the batter so far to the right side of the frame. I see what you're trying to do by including the catcher but I'm just not feelin it. I'd crop 10 vertical just around the batter and 6 well ... it would get the axe for me. Was it bring a disinterested kid to the ball game day? #6 is like a Where's waldo game only its find someone actually watching the game.
On another note, nice win by your b-ball team tonight. Had that picked correctly in my bracket (but losing on Sat. sorry).
