It was cold and windy so her hair and coat are not ideal, but I wanted to practice. I am looking to get better so any C&C is appreciated.

I am of the personal belief that children make for some of the best practice there is, you just never know when they are going to go off and be cute on you spontaneously.

Like the setup. If her vest was a bright color one of those high saturation shots would work here as well.

You have a cutey on your hands if she is yours

I think I'd try cropping off the left third or so and maybe try warming the tone a bit - lovely young lady. Nice capture.

I am only an amature, but here are my comments: I like the placement, but a slight crop on the left may enhance the picture more (take out the cornerof the brick wall). I think the picture is sharp, has good contrast, and captures a precious moment.
