Possible small bug. When I go to PM box, the last "s" of messages appear in different color (white) than text earlier

I always get runtime errors with a pop up window asking if I want to debug.

Seems as though my inbox is frozen. I can get to new PMs by clicking the email link, but they do not show up in my inbox, so I cannot see new PMs since maybe last week, maybe the week before. I don't need any of them, but would like new ones to show. I'd appreciate your help.

Not a bug, but can't find any other way to communicate with the site owner. (Believe me, I've searched the site. Support is about contributing to FM not help for users.) On July 20, I paid for a one year "FM image upload (yearly)". I like the site and wanted to be able to contribute to it. It's three days later and I still am not able to upload. Is this lag time normal or did something get lost in the mail? Would have thought notification from 2co.com would have triggered a script (maybe in Perl) to change a setting in a user account. Hope it doesn't require manual intervention. Anyway, let me know how this is supposed to work and thanks for an excellent site.

Subscriptions are actually automated. Perhaps it didn't go through. Could you please send an email to sales@fredmiranda.com with your order number / email / name. We will take care of it asap!

I double posted at the end in this thread: http://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/669362

I went to delete the second one, which is the last post in the thread and it says it cannot be deleted because it is not the last post. Not a big deal, but not right either.

I could not duplicate the bug. You should be able to delete your 'last' post as long as there were no new posts after it...I will double check the code. Thanks for letting me know.

You know, I had funky internet connection at the time. Could it be that the second post made it to FM before the first one I clicked and things were backwards? I dunno, just a thought.

One thing I've been noticing is when using the "additional smileys" box, it pretty much locks the text box until you close the smileys box. The other thing that happens is that it often doesnt place the smiley where your cursor is..

No big deal, just thought I'd mention it

Can't open PM's.

It just sits for a while then gives a mysql error.

The amount of replies to John P Mulgrew's thread doesn't seem to be right. I've seen this numerous times in the past.

Hi everyone.

I signed up for "Image Upload" a couple of weeks ago, but to date, I am not able to do that very thing. I am wondering if there is something that I am not doing, or need to click on, whatever. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Regards, ALDOT

Hey Fred,

Sorry for registering a new username, but I cannot login to my old username! Could you please look into this? I tried resetting my cookies and entire browser with no avail (I use Safari 3.0 with Mac OS X 10.5.4).

My previous username was:

Jason Joo

Thanks!

When in a Gallery, and you scroll to bottom of an index page and want to go to the next page ( "1,2...." links ), Clicking on the link for the next page (i.e. "2") does not work, it returns you to the same page you are on (though the links at the TOP of the page work properly). This has been going on for years.

Not a serious issue but the post count seems to have gone up the creek in some threads eg http://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/674750 showing as single post but the thread has 15 posts. This seems to have only just happened.

Did not see this on the last two pages so I will post. The Email notifications are sending to the first page not the last one. The one I am getting as 13 pages and if I click on my email notification it sends me to the OP.

Thanks

When you click on a topic, do a bunch of scrolling to the extremes (I have nothing better to do with my VX Revolution) and click back, everytime your rollover a topic, it turns gray.

Edit: Wasn't able to reproduce this a 2nd time, but it happens frequently.

A while back I fixed the thread updated email so that the link took you to the page in the thread on which the updating message occurred. Somebody has broken that code so that now it is always page zero. Quite annoying to always have to press the end link after loading the first page of the thread instead of going straight to the correct page. Also, that glitch will be doubling server load in many cases. Fred - email me if you want me to fix it f.o.c..
