Hope this is the right forum!! I revamped my website today. Will you tell me what you think? It's not Flash or anything, but I prefer something simple.
i really like the first page, but you should remove all the excess white space at the bottom.
the about page is fine... nothing special
the contact page shouldn't even exist - just have it as a mailto:"xxx" link instead
I'm not thrilled about the design of the gallery itself... too many images that I don't get drawn to any one of them. And why are they linked to your photobucket account? Do you not have proper webhosting? I'd suggest dividing it up into the 3 sections, and go from there... less is more, imo.
Thanks Icarian.. so you think I should reduce the number of images in the gallery section in order to have the viewer be drawn to the most effective ones?
Very nice intro to site. Clean clear focussed navigation and easy to follow and find out what you are about.
The contact link seems broken - it just hangs up.
About could be shorter top to bottom so it all fits in one screen.
The portfolio seems too busy for my liking the way it is presented without seperation of subjects. I would pick just 3-5 of each. It is not a spot to admire you just want to show them you can do good work.
Lots of your animals are soft - I would delete the soft ones. No one is going to pay to get a soft picture. I would stick to pets aniamals since no one is going to pay you to shoot a frog.
Navigating back from a clicked picture is not easy. It should be.
I suggest you post your top 10 in each category and get people to poll top 3 here and than fix them up and post by area. Then you know you have your best foot forward.
