A long long time ago I apprenticed with an old master. One of his pearls of wisdom were, "make it look natural". In this case, make the catch lights look natural to how the face is lit and unfortunately they are not. I think you'd get more impact by replacing the distracting ring light catch light with the one you have used but keep the original position. The brain detects the oddity when you move it and the shadows don't match.
