This is one of my coolest shots of the year . This was a sunset during a summer storm . The colors here are very close to "as shot" . Levels , sharpening and digital velvie medium level is all that was done to this photo . I took 36 shots that night and 34 were good . This was shot with a 10d with a Tamron 28-78f/2.8 lens .
This is another one I really like . This was with a 1ds and a Canon 14mmf/2.8 wide open and shot straight up through the trees . I did a big transperency for a skylight in my house with this one . I have also made some $$ with this shot .
It is quite difficult to choose, but I believe this is certainly in the top three. This scene is from the Alaska Mtn. Range about 150 miles south of Fairbanks.
