p.1 #1 · Question about Watermarking

I have a question regarding a watermark in photoshop, I am ending up with a moveable PSD watermark that I open with another image in the PS workspace,
I then drag the watermark onto the image. My question is am I doing this the correct way? if anyone knows of another method, I would apperciate hearing about it!

The easiest way would be to setup an action to apply your watermark. For instance i have several different watermarking actions, but one is "apply watermark and size for web". It creates an image sized to what i need for my online proof galleries with watermark built it. This can then be used in batch to size/watermark many images at once.

It will likely take a few attempts to get your actions like you want them if you're not familiar creating actions -- but will save you TONS of time when doing repetitive tasks while processing.

A quick search on google for photoshop watermark action will give you some really good tutorials.
