Here are some shots from this morning with my 400mm and a 1.4TC. I’m new to wildlife photography so please feel free to leave C&C. That is the only way that I’ll improve.
Thanks for looking, Scott

Not sure why #2 isn't loading. I'm seeing it on my computer w/IE. Checked it w/Firefox and see it there too. However, I reloaded image #1 with a new image (and different file name) but to no avail. The same old image is still there. Yet it shows the new file name...go figure.
Nice images. I enjoyed the butterfly shot not meaning the shots of the blue heron were not to my liking. I prefer, whenever possible, to show the bird in its environment in addition to some close ups.
I am repeating my visit to the Everglades tomorrow hoping it will be better than the previous one at the end of January when the place looked deserted.

King, Thanks for the detail. I've got pictures of this butterfly at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary also. Now I know what they are.
William, Thanks for taking the time to look and leave feedback. The birds were relatively active Sunday. I'm working the boat show for the next five days, but hope to get back to the Everglades soon after that. Hope to see you there.
