I am sure this is a simple question, but I don't seem to be able to find the answer easily in the online manual or elswhere. I am the prowd owner of a new 9000 ans so far am thrilled at the results. I am starting to lear all the profile / paper /color issues but here is the issue.
I am trying to print an A3 (13 x 19) sheet as a test and so far cannot get the photo to center on the page. I am using Photoshop CS and the EasyPrint Pro plug in. On the monitor everything looks centered but when printed the print area is off center by at least a 1.5 in or so. I have tried the options in EP Pro to center on page etc. with no changes. ANy ideas or do you need moreinfo?
Why not check the box in the PS "Print" pop-up box "scale to fix media" then go to Page Setup select you printer in the box Format For then select "Borderless" 13 x 19" in "Paper Size." Finally check to verify that in the Print window that your selected "Printer" in the drop down box is the Pro9000.
If that doesn't work call Canon support @ 800 385-2155 and, at the least, they will talke you thru printing with their own software.
Thanks, I will certainly try that. I meant to say in my post that the "print preview" on the monitor shows that the image is centered. Not just centered on the monitor.
