Fantastic Keith, thanks for sharing these super shots. I just love the Snowy. Well, I mean all of them are top shelf. Great work.

Another one to say "Awesome Series" Keith. Some great action captures, 1, 4, 5 and 6 are my favorite favorites, but I like them all!

Unbelievable shots, Keith. I especially like the first two. Those eyes are truly stunning. Any recommendations on good places to see Great Greys? I'm in US, but close to the border in the east. Willing to drive and freeze.

First, they are all wonderful and they make me very , very jealous. That said, #6 is off the charts! Perfect exposure of a VERY difficult subject. Perfect shutter speed, and perfect pose. That's a million dollar shot (and with the value of the Loonie of late, that makes it even more than a million US).

Peace,

Todd

#6 is the best of the bunch in my opinion. #7 is a close second. :-)

All are great shots. Well done!

I am actually speechless right now. Not much to say except these are some of the best wildlife action shots I have seen anywhere. The last one is mind blowing and if it wasn't baited (sorry Jody but I don't like baiting) I would hang it on my wall even if I had to take down one of my own to do it. Incredible!

Keith, these are really wonderful shots.

I hope that this isn't too stupid a question: but I was wondering if you take mice with you on these shoots, and let the mice go in preparation for a shot, or is this all Mother Nature's doing?

In either case...Amazing shots!

Anytime you want to teach a workshop, let us know. I'm a huge owl fan and this is probably the best owl photography I've ever seen; bar none!

If these are "natural" shots they are fabulous, if they are taken by "live baiting" they are disgusting rubbish.

This shot appears to show a live mouse:

I find this practice appalling.

They are indeed fantastic images.. but I too was wondering if you'd baited them for these. I can't see how you could get that close to a face on prey capture without doing it.. and I do agree I'm against that practice.
