Was wondering if it is possible to print (3) 4x6s on 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper when using an Epson 2400 when printing from Photoshop 2.0? I was able to do this with the software from my old HP printer(was not using PS 2.0) but not sure if it is possible with my new epson. It saves ink and paper to be able to print 3 on one 8.5 x 11.Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm, I dont see any math problem here. Couldnt a program place to images vertically 4W x 6 H, then one image beneath 6W by 4H?
I dont know enough about PS 2.0. I think this can be done with Qimage.
copy the 4x6 to the clipboard and then paste it to a blank 8.5 x 11 image. Paste it twice vertically in the bottom part and horizontally once in the top part and then flatten the image and print.
The blank imgage needs to be the same dpi as the pasted images but 3 should fit easily assuming ps2.0 will do layers..........is it ps2.0 or elements ver 2 ?
You owe it to yourself to at least upgrade to the newest version of Elements if you can swing it. Version 2.0 is a dinosaur compared to the newer versions. I beat my head on the desk trying to learn to use 2 and when I bought 4 it all fell into place.

Hello,
I also use Adobe PS Elements 2.0., and I have used it to create a number of collages.
I suggest that
(1) you create a new file in PS with 8.5 x 11 dimensions.
(2) open the 4 x 6 files
(3) paste the 4x6 images files into the blank 8.5x11 file.
(4) merge the layers into a new jpeg (otherwise it will be a PSD file because of the layers).
The key to making sure the copying and pasting goes smoothily is ensuring the files are all set to the same resolution.
Here is an example of a collage I created using PS elements 2.0
Photoshop 2 is very very old I think you mean Photoshop CS2 which is Photoshop version 9.
Use menu File>Automate>Picture Package.
Most likely you will not see 8.5 x 11 paper or 3(4x6). That is OK you can add this layout. In the Picture Package Dialog window click on Edit Layout in the Bottom Right part of the window. This will open a Picture Package Edit Layout window in the Layout area enter name 3(4x6) Page size 8.5 x 11 in Width 8.5 in Height 11 in Units inches. In the Image zone area first click Delete all then set Width 4 in Height 6 in and click Add Zone. Repeat that a second time. Then set width 6 in height 4 in and click add zone. Position the image on the paper as you go. Then save the layout. This will automate the Layout of single image on a sheet of paper.
If you want three different images on a sheet you have to do it yourself. Open your three 3:2 images and use Image size on them no resample set the long side to 6 in Photoshop will set the other side to 4 in and also set the DPI. Note what the DPI is. Open a new document 8.5" x 11 " and set the DPI to the same dpi that image size set your 4x6 images to. Use the Move tool to drag and drop the images on to the new document position the images rotating 90 degrees if required. If your good at creating Actions you can automate this but it would require a couple simple scripts to make sure two of the images are in portrait orientation and the third one is in landscape.
