I have been running CS3 for a long time now, so I got the bright idea to un-install CS2. Now I cannot open anything except CR2 into CS3 from bridge.
The only option listed is to open into another program (Roxio...) and that is listed as default. No other option available. Any ideas appreciated
I did save CS2 preferences as suggested by the un-install.
Seems like your File Associations got messed up. Open Bridge and go to Edit > Preferences > File Type Associations, the press the Reset to Default Associations button and restart the application.
If that doesn't work, go through the same routine again but don't click on the Reset to Default button. Instead, click on the downward pointing arrow on the right side of each file type line and select the application you want to open each file type.
Tyanx for the help. I had to go to my computer/C:/folder options and reset the file associations. Probably had the same effect as what James_N suggested.
