Thank you, Lord,
for this dose of inspiration,
of love and laugh and light
made art eternal
in the hands of a master.
Through such glimpses of deep and enduring beauty, I will find and create in my body a stronger hand and truer heart, and in my soul a brighter light. I pray only that someday, just once at least, I may aspire to give my daughter such a gift as this.
