Ray, I'm all about being organized and prepared, but I gotta say, I'd be creeped out knowing there was a headstone with me on it just waiting for the 100% mortality rate to kick in.
That what I was thinking! My buddy has become much too attached to his recliner, has declined to have surgery for a shoulder and knee problem. He covets handicapped parking, canes and being waited on. If that was me, it would be time to go out the back of a B-25. Heck, it probably cost less than a burial. I don't want a headstone (my kids are not going to visit a cemetery and I prefer them to remember the good from me), so I told my wife if she can't bury me on the farm to turn me to ashes. I think the USAF should consider taking donations for ashes being poured out the back of a C-17. I would pay it since they don't fly the C-141 anymore.
