This is a tangled web for certain, but refusing a bi-racial couple would be very hard to justify from a Christian perspective. I'd have to say that would be a decision made on racism, not religious conviction. Scripture makes the definition of marriage about as clear as it can be. While I firmly believe that people should have the freedom and right to make decisions like same sex marriage, without judgement form others, I don't think someone should be coerced into being a part of such an event if it is contrary to their faith. I will admit though, I am exercising my rights as a citizen of Australia to ignore it yet again despite the fact that my mothers sister married one of yours who flew in the battle of the Coral Sea and then waited to the late 1960's to "come out" and come out he did in a big way. Quite agree with you expressing your right not to be coerced, but having been involved with JJA and and his friends on a social level it is very hard to be judgmental and no, I have no intention of walking around the corner this evening to have a look.
