CTYankee Offline Image Upload: Off p.1 #3 · How do I............. basically create a new action, start recording, then type your text as you want it to appear. Then stop the action and now when you click that action the text will appear. You can then resize and move it. Its also possible to have the action position it in a certain place regardless of the image size or orientation. For more info on making actions, google it. There are a ton of videos and tutorials.
