You got me there, Forrest, point taken....although I checked the wife's laptop and it's 1280w, but if she had set it up when we bought it a few months ago instead of me, it'd probably be 1024w as well...
Not sure if this is the best place for this, but when i signed up I didn't realize that it capped the length of my name, so it only shows as Jonathan Snyde instead of Snyder, is it possible to change this?

I have exactly the same message when I try to edit my profile... I am "happy" someone else has a similar problem because this could help finding a solution...
On the positive side, the other major issue I had (not possible to login on a number of machines) seems to be solved now.

Yes - this can and will be fixed in the fairly near future. By fixed, I mean that once I have finished optimising the database it will be possible for a moderator to change your username without affecting your history. Currently that isn't trivial because most of the existing architecture uses your username, and only sometimes your id. Once fully optimised it will only use ids since they will make the db smaller and slightly faster.

Thanks for the alert on that, Thea. I see the problem: a cache is showing the old image even though the new one has been successfully uploaded. A fairly simple fix is possible by changing the image number when it's edited, which will be carried out shortly. Thanks!
I just noticed it as well. Rather than the larger text, I would prefer to see more of the thread title. My eyes aren't that bad -- yet. Perhaps you could increase the size of the frame to accommodate not only the larger type face for the thread titles, but also more of the actual title as well.

I haven't tried to edit (yet - lol) - but clicking the edit button on any post (not just mine) brings up the edit page, so I expect I could if I wanted to cause some mischief
I'm not sure if it's a bug...but I've noticed quite a few LOCKED threads in the past few hours, and a few really had no obvious reason for being locked.
In addition to the [Edit] button, the [Delete] button is on every post ... and I see a (fix) link at the end of the Pages list.
