Super set, Doug. #4 is a just plain awesome with that wing pose you caught.
Ken
Thanks Ken, this one was chasing an adult with a fish, when the adult dropped the fish the young one thought it had landed in the snow, but he came up empty, it had landed in the river.

Great shots, Doug. Good to see it is colder there, than here.
Always nice when you can shoot eagles at eye-level or lower.
Tony
Thank you Tony. When I got to the river it was 18 degrees, I was glad when it warmed up to 26. Shooting at eye level is very nice, but then again, you know all about that.
Doug, Again, Great shots.
I (& I'm Sure everyone really appricates all those details, Thanks!) Sounds cold.
I was wondering how/what the "baby" was doing in #4. A very excelent poise/ angle.

Doug, these are magnificent. If I was forced to pick a favorite, #10 would be it.
You and Tony have brought the best of these birds to the forum.
Bruce
Thank you for the compliment Bruce, I take that highly.

Wow, Doug. Every one of these is stunning. Wonderful detail and poses. I like them all, but am drawn to #8, with the warm tones and neat BG. Fantastic shooting.
Thank you for taking the time to look and the nice comments JJ, they are greatly appreciated.

Super series Doug. I wish I could capture some shots like these someday. Very hard to pick favorites since all are great. For me #7 and 4 are rare captures and superb pose. Thanks for sharing.
Jude
Thanks very much Jude, I appreciate your comments.

Way to go, & thanks again, Bob
Thanks again Bob. The one was chasing an adult with a fish, when the adult dropped the fish the young one thought it had landed in the snow, but he came up empty, the fish had dropped in the river.
