Haha, the names look scary but are quite harmless.

Mýrdalsjökull holds the volcano Katla that people are afraid will awaken and will not be as nice. Like Fox news put it: "that some scientists say could pose a danger to the entire planet. That’s all. Just the planet!" ...but that's just Fox.

Trying a little Alt-Alt ...
C/Y 35-70 3.4 with a reversing ring @ 35 Macro mfd
While the shutter speed was high enough to handle the motion blur from the wind ... trying to catch it while moving in & out of the narrow DOF was a bit more challenging.

Had to see if this new lens could do a good job on full frame moon shots. Did better than I thought considering all things.

Canon 5D Mark II + CPO 600mm f/4.5 + Tamron 2x TC + Tamron 1.4x TC.
1680mm @ f/16, ISO 640 1/250th.

nice night city shot.Great color.the girl walking adds a nice touch.

Here are a few with my Mamiya 120 f4 Macro on 5D, i will have two more mamiya lenses tomorrow looking forward to them.I must say that the colors i get from this lens are very good.Also the clarity of the lens is better than others i have used(IMO) Very smooth looking images.
