I've had the Slingshot 200AW and the 300AW. Both have been great. The 300AW has a belt around the waist which is great because of the added stability when bending over. I've walked around for days with it and it's quite comfortable, plus I can change lenses while walking, don't even have to stop moving. I just purchased the Canon 400mm F/5.6 L and was able to fit it in the bag. I find this utterly remarkable. So now here's what's in my 300AW:

430EX flash with diffuser
small binoculars
Extra battery, remote control, lens cleaning stuff.
A few polarized filters.
I definitely recommend this bag. Plus, I take it all over the place and it still looks and behaves brand new. All zippers are perfect.
