Dan Martin Offline Image Upload: On p.1 #1 · Sat on my tripod and broke a leg... Apparently 260 lbs exceeds the weight limit of a CT-3342. It was laying down on my couch and I sat on it in the dark. But here's the amazing part:Feisol is sending me a new leg at no charge! I didn't even have to pay for shipping! Now that's what I call going above and beyond for the customer. I've probably taken 15,000 frames with my CT-3342 now and I can't wait to get it back in one piece. It's a joy to use. I also thought it was a weird name, but maybe it makes more sense in Mandarin. Although there's a little big of a language barrier, they do have English speaking service reps that are great to work with. I just emailed them about what happened, and less than 24 hours later, I had a tracking number for my shipment and a full set of instructions with photos on how to replace the leg.
