or Sunday madness
The sports networks have been hyping and attracting us to this game all week!
Comments welcome.....I'm putting this image up as a 'placeholder' for now
Thanks
Peter
A very clever take on the theme and a nice shot too. I like the movement blur in the TV, but personally I would prefer not blur in the hand movement of the viewer. Not a big deal, but something you might want to think about.
Hi Peter,
Now this is a great idea! Sunday football is quite an attration. I know it gets me in front of a TV for more hours than than it should. Your use of selected color and the the captured motion really enhances the picture. Looks like you didn't like the results of that play. I know I was unhappy to see the Colts lose. A perfect take on the WA.

A fun shot and well done, Peter. Great concept. I think in this case the blurring actually adds to the energy of the image. The facial expression is probably my favorite part, and I love the selective use of color for this.

I shot this with one lightbulb to the left of the scene, so the exposure was quite slow.
This was actually the most 'frozen' image......... (with an acceptable expression)

I found myself sitting there.......like a moth on a lightbulb.........(although not generally
that close)!
Then i thought of this WA.
This image won't get too far, but it was fun to self-portrait
As far as the game went...it was a good one and new england played like the machine they are
Thanks for the comments Nick

Thanks beverly...it is a candid shot to be sure...I wouldn't try to pass it off as high art etc.
I worked hard on that facial expression. I tried some yelling, some smiling, some looking mean.....they all looked rather.....stupid, and this one happened to be in focus
(that's always a big plus!)
Thanks
Peter
Peter, Advertising works! That is why we all brush our teeth, eat food, and buy products that are advertised. If they didn't advertise the "Big" game...people might actually get a life, or do something productive with their time. The sports addict in the corner has been jazzed up for the game - the expression is spot on. Well done!

Peter, this is so clever, and fun, and comical! I really like your use of selective color, and your face adds real emotion. Great idea, great capture!
