Endre, I checked again last night with my Ďguitarí and decided not to flip it.
This morning after reading your new comments, I saw the light, I realized that even being lefty I use the computer mouse with my right hand, even to do graphic designing! The rest is history, thanks again my friend, it looks better even to my non musical eyes...

this image is cool on so many levels, especially on the conceptual front.

btw just out of curiosity...why so much noise in the darker area of your hand? i would have expected you to meter for your hand/strings (probably be the same exposure) and have a smooth details as a result.

i like this photograph anyways. thanks for sharing.

Thanks, John. You've restored order to the Universe! I'm glad my missive was able to convince you. I hope I didn't come off as being too much of a fanatic.
It certainly looks a lot better to my eyes - even in the thumbnail. Bravo for a great concept and beautifully executed photo!
Best,
Endre

Great shot! Honestly, you would never know it wasn't a real guitar aside from the fact that it would be REALLY hard to pull this off on a real acoustic. Very innovative. Well done.

Thanks Abstract, I shot the picture at ISO 400 indoors, with only a spot light in front of the guitar with made it very difficult to keep my hand from going totally blackÖ

Thanks for the comments Nate Fabro, as Flibble said the other day, ĎNecessity is the mother of inventioní; I had to build my own instrument or not participate at all this weekÖ

What a unique perspective. Lovely photo. Hope you didnt have to destroy a guitar for this . Makes me think of the music strainging to get out there waiting for the hands to pluck the strings. Again the B&W provides the final touch. Somehow I prefer a lot of photos in B&W
