I have velvia vision, intelsharpen, and si pro from fred miranda and use the first two all the time. I'm interested in what other people are using too.
I use Intellisharpen II , Canon 1D Mark II CSpro, FM Frames, Web Presenter Pro, BW Workflow Pro all the time.
Very seldom I also use Velvia vision or Digital Warm-Cool.

Nik Color Efex Pro. They are a bit pricey, but the grad, polarizing, and various B/W filters are really superb. I got the whole set bundled with some other plug-ins on ebay. Unfortunately I had paid a lot more for them before on ebay. Also look at Stuart Little's action sets on ebay. His first grad set of actions are fantastic for landscapes. Noise Ninja plug-in is so much more convenient than the standalone.
1. Focus Magic. It's excellent for undoing the effects of a DSLR's AA filter and fixing moderate motion blur. I use it mostly for capture sharpening and web image prep.
2. Neat Image. It's very similar in capabilities to Noise Ninja; I bought NI before NN came out, but the difference between the two isn't worth buying both.
3. Convert to B&W Pro from theimagingfactory.com. By far the most useful, flexible, and powerful B&W converter I've tried, and easy to use, especially if you've come from a film background:

I like the building very much but what's going on in the center of the clouds? Shadow detail is nice but the piece in the center of the sky looks like it was almost beveled.
In order of time saving-money making-IQ raising use:
EVERY image whether dSLR or film scan, single or batch:
PhotoKit Sharpener
As needed regularly:
Noise Ninja (plug-in or batch)
FM DRI (blending RAW exposure highlights in high contrast outdoors)
As needed less:
Skin Tune
Focus Magic
FM Canon HR (blending RAW over exposed highlights in high contrast outdoors)
Created automated Actions
Dodge and Burn on Layer (Excellent from Davis Willmore Book)
Unify Skin Tones (reducing red skin flash. Excellent from Davis Willmore Book)
Resizing for Web (self made)
They are expense, and I debated for a while before I actually bought them. However, I've used them a lot since I got them - I don't regret spending the money.
