In the reading I have done on the D200, I see some complaining that you can not see the whole immage and all the viewfinder info if you use glasses? I may be wrong but it is my understanding that a 19.5mm eyepoint means if your eye is 19.5mm (about 3/4 inch) or closer to the surface of the viewfinder, you will be able to see the whole immage and all the viewfinder info. Is this true. If so, I see no huge problem with the eyepoint of the D200. It is 19.5. My D70 is 18 and I can see everything in the finder just fine. I guess my glasses are pressed right to edge of the viewfinder, but after having the D70 for 1-1/2 years there are no scratches on glasess or finder? I guess some people might find it a bit annoying to have to press glasses to viewfinder, but it is just not a big deal to me. There are issues with wearing glasses and this is just not one of them in my opinion.
Do I not understand what eye point is.
