Hugh, coming from you "Not the best perhaps, but pretty darn good." I take that as a pretty darn good compliment. I agree to some extent that the reflection in foreground is a tad dark as well and no I have not tried Contrast Masking as I wanted to keep the overal scene looking as NATURAL as possible from how I remembered it. If I could accomplish this and at the same time lighten up the foregroud it may result in an overal more pleasing image. If I have time I will revisit this and would like to say that I always welcome your valued suggestions.

Thanks Hugh, your suggestions to apply Contrast Masking to lighten up the foreground worked quite well I think. I was able to make the adjustments IMHO without having a negative effect on the overal balance of the image. The revised image is now shown shown and noted.
