i was trying expodisc with my nikon d1x. i have tried all the other things so far coffee filter , lids and what not!!!!
but... expodisc is different and i think it works for me so far.

I use the expodisc and I think it's a must have. Sure it's a bit expensive, but it literally saves hours of post processing.

i use a "hickspodisc" that cost me $20 for two 77mm UV filters and a 3 dollar 3M filter. works like a dream. it goes everywhere my camera goes. not bad for ~$23, i'm sure the expodisc works great too.
