I like it. Looks great. Even has a Tri-X vibe to it, which, in my book, is a pretty great thing. One of the better self portraits I've seen here.

I like it too. Nice black "frame" around your face. That worked well. And sharply in focus.

It is excellent. Great clarity. You have a strong presence. I might have liked to have seen the line of the cap on your forehead be a little less harsh, maybe a little shadow detail in the cap to slightly differentiate it from the black background.

Thanks for the compliment.

Now that you mention it, you're right. It is quite an unnatural looking line across my forehead. The light (a blank computer monitor) was coming more or less from eye level at my 11 o'clock. I probably should have positioned it a bit higher to give a more natural shadows and some detail to the hat. Thanks for the suggestion. Much appreciated!
