I used a softbox overhead set at f/11, and had to lateral strobes shooting through white umbrellas set at f/5.6. I shot at ISO 125 to 200 just to keep the light sources at the lower end for shorter flash duration to freeze movement (actually a balance as in some situations you could see very slight image blur in a hand or foot, but I didn't want to go much higher in ISO to preserve dynamic range)
