I find it amazing that you can still buy the original A7 and A7r new. It does give some interesting options throughout the price range that you don't see with other companies who kill off the old models
production immediately. The original A7r for example is a very fine (albeit quirky) picture making machine.

i'm less tempted by the 40, I know some people bash the Sony 35/2.8 but I like it for stopped down landscapes. The 60 however, well I can't believe i don't already have one :-) probably because I have 85 batis and Leica 100 apo macro at the moment.

As much as the Leica is stellar, manual everything, adapters and no exif is getting tiresome and I'm hoping the 65 might fill that gap

When I was contemplating the 60 some members here said, 'just get it'. So glad I did. So John, JUST GET IT!

Big shout out to Amazon and CameraQuest. I had bought the Voigtlander 40mm f1.2 about a week ago and they refunded me $60 today because of the Black Friday sale at CameraQuest. I was not expecting that and was much appreciated.
