As always - thanks for the kind words.
Artur - a special thanks for taking the time for your critique! In terms of which pic's processing I am the happiest with it would be pic #2 and I'm the least happy with the processing of pic#1 - my initial thought was it's just to sterile.
In #1 I was really hoping to capture more of the magic of the subway glow and the tree overlooking the waterway and agree that the processing, especially in the shadows, has more of a flash captured effect. So I do appreciate your observation of looking at transition and flow. So with some quick changes of darkening shadows, tweaking some luminance and selectively adding some Orton (and with the caveat this is a quick laptop production) I am posting the results, which I already like better.
Lighthawk - This is one reason why I'm so addicted to landscape photography. It allows us to bring home a special memory of our unique experiences in nature!

Great set of images. You nailed compositions in all of them. As far as processing, I would approach these shots differently. It is personal preference but to me the shadows are opened a bit too much. All images have a lot of details everywhere and this interrupts the transition and the flow is lost. I would try softening the contrast and darken the shadows in some parts of images. Great shot anyway.

Always a treat to see.
I think you've done an excellent job bringing back your interpretation of a magical place.
No one else can replicate your unique experience.
