Hey guys, I am a long time browser of the site, and love the photos. I decided to finally contribute some love for the East coast. I made a quick trip on the Blue Ridge Parkways in NC, and came away with this photo. I love the pictures on this site and I am always looking to get better, I have thick skin, so if you see something i could do better let me know!

Looks pretty good to me, except that I'd like to see it in dramatic lighting.

Thanks Ernie! I would also love to see it in dramatic lighting. I tried two separate days. One had way too much fog and this was my second try.

Hi Jason...

Beautiful photograph of the fall colors. The only nit I would suggest is to either crop out, clone or darken the bright seam crossing the roadway at bottom. For me, it draws my eye down instead of following the leading curve of the roadway into your photograph.

It is very nice job. I went several times but never get such nice photo.
color is moderately saturated. composition and background sky is great.

Thanks Tom! Yea I am not quite sure why they have the line painted there, maybe a warning for the transition. I’ll take a look at what it looks like without it!

Thanks Morris! It is actually one exposure and about an half hour of waiting for it to be clear. Luckily a lot of people stop on either side first to take a look, so it makes some gaps!
