I'm in search of a recommendation for a power pack for a NIKON SB-910 speedlight.

I haven't used one of these but it was recommended to me:

I bought two Godox power pack rigs in April. They served well for two shooters covering a wedding using SB-910s, even one-camera-two-lights group shots, outdoors, at night. I never shoot weddings. but ...

Have used one or the other a couple of times since -- seem fine.

I have a knock of SD9 (the original Nikon one is way overpriced for what it basically is, a plastic box for 8 AA batteries) for the times I'm taking a flash (SB800 or SB910, unlike the original, the knock of works with both types) along and want to be prepared in case I might need some extra power for the (one) speedlight, without too much extra weight and bulk
Bought from an online shop, actually was cheaper then the Bolt one from B&H (even came with free shipping, while, if I had bought from B&H, I would have had to pay shipping and maybe even customs)

But when I know in advance I definitely will need extra extra power, both for faster recycle times and use with multiple speedlights, I bring along a couple of Godox PB960 powerpacks.
Though not really much heavier then my mock SD9, bigger and due to the power cable somewhat bulkier
Compared to the original SD9, the PB960 is (including the cost of the in my case Nikon speedlight dedicated power cables) about as expensive (but with a bit of shopping around can be cheaper, as I managed to work out)

That said, I can use 2 speedlights simultaneously on one power pack while still maintaining faster recycle times and more flashes per battery, then with the mock SD9 with just one speedlight
(I regularly shoot events like catwalk under not always ideal/bad lighting. In which case I mount 2 to 4 speedlights, triggered with remote TTL radio triggers, on a lightstand to serve as an alternative lightsource)

Another vote for the Godox PB960. The thing lasts forever and if you get the 2-to-1 adapter cable you can halve its already very fast recycling time by powering one flash off both ports.

Back in the 90s I used a lot of the Lumedyne minicyclers and they were great for that era, but IMO the Godox provides the exact same (or better) performance in a lighter package with modern lithium battery technology at a considerably lower price.
