Microdol Offline Upload & Sell: Off

I don't know of a template, but you just need to make sure who retains
the rights to your work.
You can let the track use it for their promotional usage, but beyond that
you may not want to let them do anything else with it, and if they want
ALL rights, simply walk away. They may need you more than you need them.
I photographed at a local track, but I also followed a couple of touring series,
and I retained all the rights to everything, BUT, I was also very good friends with
every promoter at every track - they kinda needed me because I was the only
photog that had the expertise in the area. Not to feed my own ego, but most
every other photographer did not have the equipment or experience, or knew
what they were doing. I let all of them use my stuff for free because I also
wanted the sport to grow.
Now, if THEY wanted to sell my stuff, that was a NO, but I was allowed to sell
everything I shot. It worked out well for all of us.
I also see Ventura is a dirt track, so be careful about getting dust in your stuff.
I never shot digital simply because of that, and I quit in 2005 when I just got
tired of it after 20 years of doing it.
PM me if you want more details.
