That looks real bad for an ISO200 shot....

Did you push shadows? Image looks way over-sharpened.

Upload the RAW if you don't mind so others can have a play.

* 2 or 3 stops underexposure
* you did apply lot of edge sharpening and NR

Biggest issue here is underexposure .... BTW >>> there is still not RAW image included ?

I didn't want to higher my ISO which is why I underexposed. Should I have higher it than fixed exposure post process?

Canon 5D Mark ii
f5 > 1/800s > ISO 250 > 105mm
> You could lower SS - maybe 1/320 or 1/250s or use fill flash or just bump ISO 800

It is better to run a higher ISO than to underexpose and recover a lower ISO.
If possible, run a higher ISO and overexpose by one stop and then pull it back down in post processing - this gives a higher signal to noise and reduced noise

I generally overexpose 1/3 stop and pull back. I'd rather pull a highlight than boost a shadow.

Several of the forum members have mentioned they are over sharpened. I clicked the links but get broken URL notice. However if folks with the experience these guys have are saying it's over sharpened, I'm inclined to agree. . I'm not sure the best way to sharpen anymore. A lot of times back in the original 5D/30D/1DIII we did 300%/.3 but then you can really refine things if you want to spend more time on each image. Sharpening an image, the pros/cons/how/why, is a debate for another day.
