Nicely done. I like the symmetry and the very clean background.

IMO the clean background is a blessing and a curse. Yes, the stark backdrop provides nice subject isolation, but I feel that a more interesting background might keep the viewer in-frame longer than the OP shot.

But if you're gonna go stark, go all out.

empty BG works here because of the nice contrast and detailed textures.
I prefer the BW for its more direct impact.
I am assuming you couldn't include more at the bottom. To me it feels a bit cut off.
Perhaps one part is knowing that it is a tree, I expect a more vertical orientation. Still it feels like we are missing part.

I can imagine some creative variations: Mirroring top/bottom; Using the image as "spokes" repeating with some variations off a center hub.

It's time for a Lyle Play!!

Needs a boid (bird). Preferably a big one.

Ooh forgot to mention those stray OOF branches - you'll want to remove those.

Thanks Jeff. Hard to get me away from color. There was a lot of distracting foliage below the "candelabra".. I didn't notice those few wisps until I processed. Will attempt to lessen or remove them.

Might be hard, but I'll keep trying.

If there was a lot of distraction you did a good job of minimizing it - the wisps are more nit than actual distraction.
