I feel that this shot is imbalanced, cropped too muck on the left. Perhaps a wider original shot or panorama might have been more effective for me. More contrast than I prefer, too. I might be nice given a sepia tone, too, to weather the image a bit. Sorry for the imbalanced negatives here. Just my two cents. I do like the point of view and presence of the cloud layers.

I saw the ending of the island and wanted to portray that by the decline of the city skyline. hence the chopping of the lift side. when on site, I rarely think to shoot a pano sequence.

It's got a 50's vibe to the processing and a bit of a 50's view of a modern city.
To me the vignette is too strong. other than that, I like the processing.

Now a correction:
This wasn't shot from the Jersey Shore, but was shot from the Jersey side. The Jersey Shore refers to the beaches along the ocean. I know. I was a Jersey Boy
