Hi all, once again thanks for the feedback. I will spend some more time looking at tutorials, and trying some new software. Like has been said, processing and "look" is extremely subjective, and even varies between a photographers images.
I think what I really need to work on is getting out and photographing when the light is there.. That's really the key take away for me. I'm going through a set of new images from Slovenia currently, if I come across an image with the flatness I'm talking about I'll post it for help.
