p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Blue Sky, Green Grass and Golden Light juxtaposed with a Tigress

Savannah Tigress
Another dream image from the paradise on earth i.e., Corbett National Park. After two days of no cat sightings, She appeared infont of us. And everything was perfect (Green grass, Morning light and blue background) - it was a perfect bliss.

Best regards
Subrat

This was probably one where to an extent the relief from frustration is more than anything words can describe. Very nice image as always! Thanks for sharing.

Such a lovely scene, and I'm so glad she appeared for you Subrat.
This is what I call a window into nature... congrats on a beautiful image.

Terrific image! Very few get any chance for a tiger shot like that.
I am curious to know what happened as she came closer. Did she pass by your vehicle? How close? Do the tigers pay much attention to you?

Thank you Dave for liking this. Aha..She is one very shy tigress. I shot his with 600 mm from quite a distance. We took a right turn and surprsingly she was walking alone towards our car. After 5 minutes another car came just behind her (the guy who was searching her for last one hour) and she didn't come much close to our car. However, tigers come very close to cars in the national parks, sometimes at touching distance.
