Hi,

I had two modeling lights in a photo bag.

https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/293447-REG/Profoto_102013_Modeling_Lamp_250.html

Each of these two modeling lights, was individually
wrapped in (some) bubble wrap, (but not exceedingly).

Inside the bag, the 'pointy-noses' of the modeling
lights were in a vertical position facing down.

I have recently taken them out and they look as if they
had 'melted' a bit, as if they had 'a tiny-tiny pancake' on
top of the nose.

Should I worry about it in anyway? I mean, can it
affect the head or lead to an accident? Could I still
use them?

Thank you in advance, kind regards,

igmolinav : ) !!!

Oh, that's normal. They're flattened out a bit as part of the manufacturing process. Look closely at the photo on the B&H page you linked.
