Perhaps the best portrait camera ever made.
Let's not leave out or forget this camera's excellent if not exceptional dynamic range. It's nearly 14 stops straight across from lowest ISO to ISO 800 ... after which it drops off. I don't know of any other camera that holds such a wide d/r right up to ISO 800. Most of the best DSLRs show a very good d/r reading at ISO 100-200. Some reach 14 stops at those settings. But the d/r drop-off starts pretty early with these same cams, beginning at ISO 400 and then down quite a few stops at ISO 800.
If, like me, you're mostly a low-ISO shooter, imagine knowing you can boost ISO at will to ISO 800 without any noticeable losses in d/r.Using fast lenses to ensure low ISO settings 99% of the time makes the whole proposition even more palatable.
It's a great camera in many ways.
