Great shots Boris !
Do you know where the second waterfall is called ?
Haifoss is on the left on the last shot ?
It is possible to get down into the Canyon ?
or do you have to come from a different direction then ?

Thanks Ronny!

The second waterfall is called Granni. I never went down to the river and from the car park there is no direct access to the canyon. If you look at Google Earth (and my images) it seems that you have to walk about 1 km downstream parallel to the canyon and then you can turn right to access a trail leading into to the canyon.

Awesome picture! Did you have to hike up to the waterfall? And what car did you use? I am planning on being there in early May, we rented a small car, not sure if it is possible to go to that location. Any advice will be helpful.

Thanks!

I did depends on what you mean by small car, a Suzuki Jimny should be sufficient. But you definitely need a SUV/4WD. I went up there with a VW Touareg a couple of years ago and last year with a Nissan Patrol.

If you haven't rented a SUV you could also hike up to the waterfall but it will take about 2 hours (one way). In early May the road could also still be blocked due to snow.
