Hi - I'm looking for a backpack that will hold a Nikon D810 along with 2 lenses (15-30 & 24-105) as well as a Fuji X-T2 and 3 Fuji lenses. Any suggestions for something that is only as big as it needs to be and as light as possible. Don't have a need for a laptop to be put in it and maybe some outside pockets for water and a few snack bars. Thanks.

my Lowepro laptop backpack would hold that. I typically have gripped body with 24-70 and 70-200, 16-35, flash and another lens plus batteries etc.

I have a lowepro flipside 500aw that would be a bit to much depending on what your Fuji glass is. The flipside 400aw may be just right for your gear though.

I've been really impressed with my Peak Design Everyday Sling and if I did not already have my big lowepro bag I would look into the Peak Design Everyday Backpack but it is a little more expensive that the Lowepro.

Look at the Thinktank Lens Taxi and Lens Limo. Smaller footprint but deeper than most backpack.

You might think I'm joking, but I'm not. I'm using a motorcycle bag to store identical items especially when I'm on a trip. The bag that I'm using is First gear Torrent bag that I bought from 4WheelOnline together with my truck accessories stuff.
