As the crowds of bathers thin the young birds and there parents begin to take back the beach. its great fun to watch the young birds practice flying getting ready for the long journey south.

I like the varied assortment Morris (is that redundant??). Neat to see the different scenes you created from the opportunities presented. I especially like the ones with the roiling surf; seems very complimentary.

The waves make a wonderful background. I like to line up my subject with the place they are breaking and then wait for opportunities

I'm out on the beach with them when nobody else is there taking photos of them doing there mating dance and listening to them sing. It's a wonderful experience. When others show up they already know me and many will remember me from when they are chicks
