Congradulations Anthony. How do you feel about darkening the beam of light in fog or cropping it out?

Huge congrats on the lifer. Seeing its eastern cousin would be a big deal for me so I get it big time.

I played around with it for a couple hours and couldn't get it to look right. I took many photos and different angles that doesn't have that blurry branch in the way, I just posted this one because it shows the Owl head on and awake.

Thanks

Big congrats on the find.....are there any N. American owls that you have yet to find and photograph in the wild? So far I've only been able to tick three species off my list (NHO, SEO (and the SEO is a terrible shot) and GHO) but I love owls a lot and hope to expand my catalogue in the future. I think my move to BC this year will facilitate some more finds.

Love the photo, great eye contact and shows off its environment really well.

You are welcome. To use the multi-quote, just hit "multi-quote" in the little box below the text of the each person you want to quote. For the last person, use the "quote" box at the bottom right of that person's post ~ Ron
