First has a look (on top of his look)!
Second looks more natural in skin tones and the shading across his face feels softer and more pleasing to my eye.
I would do a bit of work on the pupils: slight inc in exposure and/or shadow recovery just to allow a hint more color there to show.
The down on the floor angle is excellent. You haven't asked about compositional elements, but I like the inclusion of his toys, the shallow DOF. He feels a bit rotated clockwise and it's a bit tight on the elbow and top of his head, exaggerated by the wide orientation of the crop.

Here's a bit of a rework.
The crop is not ideal, restricted by the right side and top.
Slight vignette.
"Iris Enhance", my mix of exposure inc, saturation inc, shadow recovery

in looking at this repost, I'd probably crop a bit more from the top. The bit above his head is distracting

in LR.

Here is another edit with much less harsh color cast of orange, more subtle. I think the skin tones are more accurate. Thanks for your renditions guys, thumbs up
