p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Producing an E-book

I'm looking to produce a couple of e-books and market them. I've been reading lots of information and it's much more confusing than I realized. I'm pretty sure that producing the book in the PDF is the right choice.. Is the Lightroom CC book module a good choices as far as software goes? Any other suggestions? What's the best way to prep the images for eBooks especially sizing. Seems to be a lot of differing views on this. So I'm open to any suggestions and very much appreciate any help.

I've done a little e-book development for internal company use only. I've used Adobe Indesign. It's a more serious design program than Lightroom. You can subscribe to Indesign for $19.99 per month.

Agree with Dan, if you are doing layout work then InDesign is the program you want to be using assuming you want to stick with Adobe software.
