...longtime Lightroom user now on the Cloud and I would like to know what tool to use to remove the twig in front of the Snowy Owl. I know it is new and I cannot remember what it is called. Thanks in advance.

healing brush/tool. (it's the icon on the tool bar that looks like a horizontal paint brush on the right end of the toolbar)

I'm currently looking at the image on an uncalibrated monitor but the bird itself looks like a ½ stop too bright and blowing out. You might want to try brushing in highlight reduction.

Nope, it's fine.

Thank you, found it and must now watch the video.

The exposure is straight from the camera.

IT WORKS

Lots of ways to do this Frank.

Content Aware Fill would do it easily also. Just grab the Lasso tool and trace out the branch....doesn't have to be fancy, you can leave a border of white around the stick. Then go to Edit, Fill and Content Aware Fill.

But if the healing brush worked then you have solved the problem. Even LR can handle a stick like that using its Healing brush.

Healing brush and usually a little cloning to cleanup artifacts left by the healer. The bird is exposed properly.

Much improved, tho I'd still remove the remaining distracting grass near the bottom front.

I would also think of having a look at the shadow of the erstwhile twig, still seen at the root of the tail feather & do something about it.

It's all in the eye - or in this case the Owl but I like the twig. Gives the bird a context. Do agree on the out of focus branch on the tail feathers. Picky bunch, aren't we
