one of my CF fell in my whiskey. I just took it out, shook it and let it dry out for a day. Now it shows no sign of drunkenness. All the data are intact. Amazing

Lnext time put uncooked rice in a zip lock and add the card for a few hours. Rice is excellent ar pulling the moisture from electronics

That would be great if you are trying to save the files. But in my case, I had lot of backups, so I just relaxed and let it air dry. It turned out, that was all it needed.

You are very lucky, Could have been a real disaster. Just the thought of ruining a glass of whiskey with a CF card, why that is just not acceptable.

I don't know why, but men love it. I am one of those. Few years ago, my wife couldn't even smell me in bed. I tried not to drink it for a while, but of course I went back and have had it after dinner for quite a few years now. I bet she got used to it.
Occasionally one sees whisky drinking female, but it rare, very rare
